After 10 years as a full service planner Michelle recognized the need for a company geared specifically toward on-site event management.
In 2006 The Day Of was born!
Michelle is recognized by her clients as supportive, easy to work with, fun, and extremely organized. Her passion for perfection, combined with her creativity and problem solving skills, ensures no details are left untouched, resulting in a flawlessly executed event.
Having worked at some of Boston’s most prestigious event companies, Michelle gained extensive experience and knowledge. With over 25 years in the industry she has maintained wonderful vendor relationships, has worked in exceptional venues across New England,
has won industry awards and was featured in
Boston Magazine Weddings.
Born and raised in New England, Michelle loves spending time outdoors, cherishes time with her husband, daughters and Labrador Retriever and finds peace in living a healthy lifestyle. When she’s not working weekends, you might find her taking long walks with her dog, at the beach, or practicing yoga.

Callie brings over 10 years of experience in the events industry. Starting her career in
New York City before returning to Boston,
she currently works full-time on the events team at Mass General Hospital and has been with
The Day Of since 2016.
Callie is a planner by nature. Growing up with five brothers, she’s been organizing and thriving amidst chaos from a young age. Callie's expertise in event planning and her calm demeanor allows clients to be at ease on their special day. She feels there's nothing more rewarding than seeing our clients as guests at their own event.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as planning any and every occasion. She resides on the South Shore with
her husband Nick and daughter Natalie.

Kelsey is a seasoned event manager with 15 years of experience in the corporate and special
events industries. She joined The Day Of in 2013.
Her organizational skills, and energized approach allow her to navigate the complexities of
day-of coordination with ease. Whether
it's a high-profile corporate gathering
or an intimate, personalized wedding, Kelsey thrives on creating seamless events that leave a
lasting impression and transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences.
In her spare time, Kelsey loves exploring new restaurants, catching up on the latest Bravo shows, and spending time with her family.

Elizabeth is an event planner with ten years of experience working on a range events, from weddings to fundraising galas to Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. She joined The Day Of in 2019.
With a fierce dedication to producing flawless events, Elizabeth is known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and warm presence.
She has a knack for logistics and tackles each project with passion and grace.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys adventures with her daughter, playing video games, and reading.
